What is the cost to reserve a venue?

Each venue has different costs and amenities associated with it. Some organizations rent more than one venue space for their event. We do require a deposit to hold a date, but please contact us through the Reservation Inquiry Form found in the Venues section, or by emailing us at TSECfacility@gmail.com.

Are there completely enclosed venue options?

We have covered and completely enclosed venues. Our Indoor Arena has a fully concreted floor, and is heated and air-conditioned so weather is not a worry. You can find out more in our Venues section.
What type of parking is available at the site?

The Exhibition Center offers ample parking space surrounding each venue. We also have many RV hookup areas around the property, with easy access to the various venues.

Is alcohol allowed at the Exhibition Center?

Yes, host liquor and sales are allowed at the venues by permission only. The permit holder must have approval from Bradley County, and other restrictions may apply. We can discuss your needs during the reservation process.
Does my private venue rental need to have insurance?

Insurance requirements are unique for each event type. Complete our Reservation Inquiry Form to tell us more about your event and a member of our team can provide more information.
Are overnight camping and electricity available?

We offer many RV Hook-up areas, with electrical access as well as water and trash receptacles. Please complete our Reservation Inquiry Form in the CONTACT US section and we can discuss your needs and types of amenities required for your event.
How many stalls are available for horses for my event?

We have 5 barns with over 294 total stalls. You can rent one or multiple barns for your event. All stalls are metal gated, and shavings can be purchased as an add-on.
Are there wash stalls for livestock on the property?

Yes, we have horse wash stalls and livestock wash areas near all the venues.
Will my event be the only one staged on the dates I have reserved?

While simultaneous rentals at other TSEC venues may be scheduled on the day of your event, customers have a dedicated parking area and exclusive access to the venue they have rented. Customers may also rent multiple venues at one time.

POLICIES

TSEC does not provide first bedding, and no outside bedding is allowed (bedding deliveries made during our office hours 8am-4pm M-F)
No generators allowed
Grounds fees are not an allowable charge by Show Management unless agreed upon by Facility Management
Show Management responsible for collecton of ALL Stall and RV fees and stall locks
No overnight tie-outs allowed; attendees must rent stalls
Concessions provided by Tri State Exhibition Center (other food vendors require Tri State Concession contract)
Trash cans and liners provided and emptied by TSEC as needed
Lighting 1 hour pre- and post-show included (Additional time @ $50/hour)

Full policies of TSEC are included in our final event rental contracts, and are available upon request.
